At Millennium, we believe that all youth deserve the opportunity to feel empowered in their chosen fields of interest. Through hosting annual events, we emphasize the importance of striving to achieve gender equity in fields of STEM. Each year we provide the opportunity for students to apply for a STEM scholarship: Two scholarships will be awarded, each valued at $500. If successful, scholarship recipients are encouraged to invest their grant into opportunities that will further their passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Please note the following.
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be:
- A B.C. resident
- Graduating high school in June 2020
- Planning to pursue an education in a STEM field
To be considered, applicants must submit their application and recommendation letter by April 20th, 2020 at 11:59 PM PST.
